Trim and fixture integrity: If any trim, molding, or decorative elements are improperly installed and become loose or detached due to our workmanship, we will promptly repair or replace them to ensure a flawless finish.

Hardware functionality: Our warranty covers issues with door hinges, drawer slides, and other hardware that malfunction as a result of installation errors. If these components do not operate smoothly, we will address the issue by repairing or replacing the affected parts.

Alignment and fit: We guarantee that all cabinets will be installed level, flush, and properly aligned. Should you notice any misalignment, gaps, or inconsistencies attributable to our installation process, we commit to making the necessary adjustments to restore a seamless, professional appearance.

Cosmetic damage: Scratches, chips, or other cosmetic damages are not covered under this warranty unless they are reported immediately following the installation and determined to be a result of dealer mishandling.

Misuse or alterations: Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or neglect is not covered.

Natural wear and tear: Normal wear and tear or damage from environmental factors after installation (e.g., moisture, sun exposure) are excluded.

Notification: If you encounter an issue with your installation or dealer workmanship, please email us at support@willowoakcabinetry.com as soon as possible. Any problems must be reported within 30 days of the installation date.

Documentation: Include a detailed description and photos of the problem to help us assess the situation accurately.

Assessment: We will review your claim and may schedule an on-site evaluation if necessary.
